A Halifax-based makeup artist with over 18 years experience in the industry. Colleen is a graduate of Complections International Academy of Makeup Artistry in Toronto, one of North America’s leading schools for make-up artistry. Upon return to her Halifax roots in 1995, she quickly found her niche within Halifax’s growing film industry where her professionalism and notable talent gained her respect.

Colleen has since applied her skills to not only actors, but everyday people and enjoys helping her clients feel both confident and beautiful.
